License Agreement for Media Use

The media provided is licensed to the Buyer "as is." All sales and donations are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Neither M.E nor C.H, nor their respective vendors, shall be held liable for any third-party claims, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising from the use, misuse, or distribution of the media by the Buyer.

Ownership and Copyright
The title, ownership, and all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, to the media provided (the "Media") remain exclusively with miss.emerica | M.E | C.H. The Buyer is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Media in accordance with the terms set forth in this agreement. The Buyer acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights in the Media by virtue of the sale or donation, except as expressly stated.

Use of Media
The Buyer agrees to use the Media solely for personal or commercial purposes as outlined in the separate written agreement (if applicable). Any further distribution, reproduction, or modification of the Media, or creation of derivative works, is prohibited unless otherwise specified in writing.

Third-Party Claims
The Buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless miss.emerica | M.E | C.H, its vendors, and affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the Media.

Modifications to Terms
Any modifications or deviations from this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties involved. Without such written modifications, the terms of this agreement shall remain in full effect.


Legal Notice on AI Use
All images, videos, and media on this website are protected intellectual property. No content may be uploaded to, processed by, or used to train any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine-learning systems. Any unauthorized use—including AI ingestion, scraping, dataset creation, or model training—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
